Equipment needed
- Bowl
- Pincers
- Scissors
- Fresh Water
Step one
- Remove from the pot and gently wash off the gel using your fingers, once you have washed most of the gel from the plant give a gentle rinse under the tap to remove the last remaining bit of gel, if all the gel isn't removed it can cause mold issues, while you are doing this please be careful of the plant root structure and the plant itself.
Step Two
- Now you are ready to cut the plant into smaller pieces ready for planting. Using your aquascaping scissors to remove any dead leaves and cut back any excess root growth. Then use your Tweezers to plant into your substrate.
Step 3
- Step 3 is simple sit back and watch it grow. FishCove Aquatics recommends you do use plant supplements to promote healthy lush green growth.
